Worst car dealer and scammers! So many red flags I should’ve ran away but “Flo” assured me he would take care of everything with a white 2008 Jeep… to begin, he registered the car twice and I have yet to see the additional plates he ordered after months. Also, two sensor lights were on and all he did was reset them with his scanner tool and said to let him know (then he never answered my calls back) if he needed to fix anything. He lied about the engine knocking issues and he knowingly (because he would not show me the Carfax) sold it to me while it had mileage issues. I’ll be reporting them to BBB and state attorneys office.
I have taken my car to Flo several times and he has always been on point!!! His prices are cheaper than anyone in town, he’s efficient, friendly and knowledgeable!!! I refuse to take my vehicle anywhere else to be worked on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
My experience was very great customer service was awesome flow and his assistant was very nice job was done on time and accurate right first time never had to go back for a re-fix great job guys I would recommend them to any of my friends and family
