We got the Tonkotsu and Karaage Fried Chicken and were very satisfied. The highlight was the Orion Beer from Okinawa which is a rare find. Staff was very friendly and efficient. A bit put off by having to pay extra for what should be Ramen standards but understandable.
A Taste of Tokyo!
5 stars out of 5
Just had the most amazing ramen at this new spot in VOC Sedona! As someone who knows Ramen , I can confidently say this is one of the most authentic ramen I've found in Arizona.
The owner, a lovely woman originally from Tokyo, clearly puts her heart and soul into the broth. It's rich, flavorful, and unlike any ramen chain broth you've ever had. The noodles are perfectly cooked, springy and delicious.
I had the Chiken chicken broth Ramen and it was phenomenal. The chicken was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the rice added a perfect freshness as a side dish. Every bite was a flavor explosion!
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the owner is so friendly and passionate about her food. You can tell she takes great pride in bringing a taste of her hometown to Sedona.
If you're looking for a truly authentic ramen experience, look no further than Yasai Tokyo It's a hidden gem for sure.
Delicious noodles and vegetables. The tonkotsu broth wasn't as hearty and rich as I've had elsewhere. My favorite ramen spots serve the egg warm, this one was cold, which I find a bit off-putting.
It’s a good place to go when you want some Japanese food. The manager Sakura there is so kind and so sweet. Food there is the same as what I expected, like gyoza and karaage(fried chicken) .
Pork tonkostu ramen tastes good but the portion is really small considering the price ($19). Added extra noodles but still felt not enough.
I came on a recommendation and glad I stopped by. The menu was simple but my food was delicious. I got the California roll, and the 831 vegetable vegan ramen on the servers recommendation. Then I finished it with the matcha cheesecake.
All together that was $35, so a little more expensive than I expected but definitely worth it and I'll be back again next time I visit the area.
The ramen was delicious. We love the pork broth. Very flavorful and multi-layered. I had vegetables in my pork broth with added pickled ginger. The noodles were perfect. We like their pot stickers as well. Plenty of vegan options too; and rice noodles if you do not want wheat. Delicious! Great kind service and very clean; very relaxing.
I got the Tomonatsku Ramen and hubby got the veggie one. This was our first time ever having Ramen and I am now a fan. The veggie one did have quite a bit of spice but very flavorful. The Tomonatsku was good too. We had potstickers as a appetitizer and they were very tasty! Good service by the one girl working! There isn't much seating inside but it's very cozy.
