2 reviews gone already but this is a extended list of what I want to say that is good.
1. They have a trail that goes through this station and the transportation center station so I can walk through to get to the transportation center station. Anyway, it is not the closest.
2. They also have a public market to buy.
3. Last of all, the station is very convenient and well maintained by the Charlotte Area Transit System.
Poorly installed, missing and loose paving blocks around the public market area right in front of the station and platform resulted in my senior mother tripping and falling. This is unacceptable for a public transit system’s access areas.
Update: the City responded claiming they are not liable and were unwilling to compensate my mother for a small claim for damage to her spectacles and mobile phone. In retrospect we should have obtained a medical certificate and taken up legal advice for filing a claim. That would have resulted in someone taking responsibility. Great work Charlotte!
Ease of use. Free Restrooms available inside 7th St. Public Market. Clean with seating.
Great place to eat some amazing food. It's right at the middle of where Charlotte is beginning to expand out.
