STEER CLEAR! Came there thinking i would get decent service as i had gotten a simple oil change here a last year, came to get my bearings changed and i was quoted 336, the guy working on my car 3 hrs in comes to me an says my boss is saying i have to charge 420 for time, as if it was my fault he didnt account for that in the beginning. He didnt have an impact wrench and had do manual labor to remove rusted(of course) parts, destroying other parts in the process, and had the NERVE to tell me the customer pays for what gets damaged in the process, which i did not let fly. Atp my car is all apart and he cant get the thing off to change the bearing, they r extremely unprofessional. And whomever the owner is should be ashamed of him 4 not training his employees properly. Nonetheless i still had to pay for a wheel alignment/balancing SOMEWHERE ELSE OF COURSE. THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNKNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APPARENTLY CERTAIN CARS, job still unfinished the NEXT DAY was when he goeS “sorry ive never worked on a jeep before”????????????????

I brought my car here and the mechanic was really nice and helpful and the owner Malik was there he was kind and negotiated the price when I asked. I was having a-lot of troubles with my car, really gave me some good insight about my car I didn't know much about, Im a new driver. I had lost my title and the DMV wasn't open, he told me what office to go to If i couldn't get thru to the DMV. (COVID TIME) JUST THE BEST KIND OF PEOPLE IN ONE SPOT ! GOD BLES YOU
