Just sharing my experience from today. Seeing that this was my first time there.
I order chicken tenders. I asked how my comes in the dinner, I was told 5 tenders w/fries. I waited about 15-20 for my food only to be disappointed to the point that I gave it away. It wasn’t 5 tenders it was 4 that I received in my meal.
The tenders are not prepared and made in house. They’re frozen from a bag and they’re not good whatsoever. It’s like the frozen tenders pieces you’d find at like a Walmart or somethings. The chicken was dry and just not enjoyable.
I can honestly say that this is the first time I’ve ever felt like I wasted my money on some food.
Positive note: the cashier was decent. That’s why give service a 3.
All written signs about no this, no that, extra cost this, extra cost that. Is so meaningless and it’s not customer friendly. I got charged for lemon pepper. I have never paid for lemon pepper until today.
Respectfully, this business need to do a bit better. Especially if you’re advertising inflation cost & telling customers that they have to pay for all things.
Prices too high, charge for bags, extra for sauce, extra for seasoning, extra for napkins, extra for EVERYTHING!
My coworkers and I ordered from Harold's a couple of times already and to me.... it is never a disappointment! Fresh chicken, hot and full of flavor. We will definitely order again!

The 2 star rating was because of my overall visit. An it is not up to you to ask nor tell me to make up my mind about a rating that i think your establishment deserves. Either you can take it into consideration or not, this review is not for you. It is about MY experience, maybe if you had actually read some of the other reviews instead of getting smart then this conversation would not be happening. I come to place at least twice a week, so for you to go back and forth with me is crazy. You have truly lost a loyal customer. Now enjoy your 1 star.

SAYS THEY OPEN AT 10 it’s 10:34 and they just staring out the window looking at people with the door lock. And they never answer the phone. I’m visiting from out of town and love they sauce but the attitude and response I see them giving people under the reviews is crazy. No customer service at all and just rude. Love the sauce but I can’t give my money to a business that can’t even respect they customers

They did not talk to me cause when I went back they didn’t have enough fries machine was done and no gizzards. BBB NEED TO GO IN THIS PLACE ASAP
Under the new ownership, I've only had the gizzards. But they were good! Hot and fresh and that spicy sauce is soooooo good. I sometimes try to place an order over the phone, but I never get thru. Other than that no issues. If you don't get to place a phone order be prepared to wait about 20 mins. All the food is cooked to order. Just go get your juice and whatever else you're gonna need with your food and when you get back your food is ready and you can go enjoy it????
It is together with decent service. I have only been to this location once. The waiting area is standing room only. You are able to park in front without having to pay a parking fee. Last but not least is the quality of the food. The chicken was so good! It tasted so great. I highly recommend this place. I had to add this place to my Favorites list and that list is very exclusive!
