On my way through Pratt, KS today I decided to stop for coffee and breakfast at McDonalds. I pulled into the parking lot and my Leaf Spring on my RV Travel Trailer broke! After calling around to a few places 54 Pick-up was recommended to me. I reached out to them and within an hour Wyatt came out and looked at my problem. He got it to a point so I could drive it to them to fix the problem. A couple hours later I was on the road again. They went above and beyond in their service and quality of work. I highly recommend this place! Thank you for saving the day!
Was looking for a bumper all over the State of Kansas and Oklahoma..found out 54 pickup has some used parts..called..and by the next day had a bumper located for me!! Very appreciative of their help and glad to support local business. Will soon be ordering my bed cover with them. Thank you!
Incompetant, unqualified, &dishonest. Our RV had a fuel delivery issue, & after a $750.oo bill they still hadn't located a rusty crusty old nasty in-line filter. A $5.oo part. Told us it was fixed & ready for highway speeds, but it wouldn't go over 40 MPH. We called them back and asked if they'd get it right. "Nope, sorry. Don't know what to tell ya, but good luck & goodbye".
More worried about checking the clock to go home than to take 5 min and help a guy charge his air conditioner...thanks a bunch!!!
