Beware of Unscrupulous Practices at 5150
I visited 5150 hoping for an honest service for my old car, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The owner, Jason, seems to have a dubious business model that targets vulnerable customers, especially older women. During my visit, I noticed Jason pressuring several elderly ladies into unnecessary and expensive repairs.
Worse yet, a reliable source later informed me that parts from some clients' vehicles were being removed and sold without their knowledge or consent. This deceitful behavior not only questions the integrity of the repairs but also the safety of the vehicles being serviced. I strongly advise all potential customers to steer clear of this establishment unless you want to risk both your wallet and your safety.
As a self employed service professional myself, I always recognize top notch caliber service people. Fuel pump died in my 10000 pound 2015 2500HD utility truck so I got lots of NO's from other local shops on the repair. Not only did Lewis take the job, he squeezed it in and jumped right on it so I could get back to work asap. I had the truck back in less than 24hrs! If you read this review, let this decide it for you.....TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Dont think twice!

My heating and cooling seats had a huge recall on them and of course Ford says I was NOT on the list.. Lewis fought for my car and got the parts we needed! Now I have life time warranty on my headlights! Overall great service!! Always kept me updated through the whole process!!
Thank you to Louis and his staff for helping me get my car fixed. It was an issue with Kia and Louis was able to get it resolved and get my Kia fixed. I will be taking my daughters Camry to Louis to get her air fixed. Louis went above and beyond of any other garage I've ever dealt with. Thank you for all your honest work.
HIGHLY recommend this shop! I could not express how great my experience has been. I have had soooo many things done (such as dented Jeep bumper, Oil change, head lights changed for my 2015 charger, dents and scratches and etc.) and something that I have always appreciated is that Lewis (the owner) treats his customers cars as if it was his. I have always appreciated family owned businesses that is honest, a class act and treats you like a friend especially seeing a husband and wife dynamic that just leaves a great feeling that you are in good hands. If that is something you value, THIS IS THE SHOP FOR YOU.
I've referred friends and family to this business and don't regret it one bit because all of them have had the same experience as I have.
There are not enough words to sum up the AMAZING experience I had with 5150! When my transmission was bleeding fluid I was prepared for the worst, especially being 100 miles away from my destination. Lewis and Evette went above and beyond to help us get the vehicle to their shop and was able to diagnose the issue. Being a tourist Lewis could have told me my transmission was broken and needed to be replaced and I would have had no choice but to believe him. Instead he assured me that it was not a major issue and was able to get us back on the road in no time. I am in a 2001 ford excursion which has not been in production since 2005 which means parts are scarce. Lewis called around and went completely above and beyond to find the parts needed. So if you are looking for a shop with stand up service and owned by people of great character that will service your vehicle as if it were they’re own, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5150.

I have called and sent proof of my truck not wanting to start. This is after he’s been paid and repaired it. He turns his phone off and states he will call back. All text messages and videos saved. Just in case you would like your own proof.
Still has a company truck and can’t even get an update. Still waiting on that call.
Was traveling from Ohio to South Texas and had an overheating issue on my F250 that I couldn't self diagnose. Limped my truck into 5150 and they ran a pressure test on coolant system and found the issue. The got me in right away, fixed and back on the road quickly. Professional, courteous and thorough.
