I have taken two of my cars here and referred my friends to Rafi. He does exceptionally great work and charges a very reasonable price. I have nothing but positive things to say about his shop. Do not hesitate to take your vehicle to him!
I highly recommend coming to 5 Starz Auto Repair! I had been having issues with my Accord for 3 months. We had taken it to a Honda dealership near our house several times. This last time, they had it for a whole month, but insisted there was nothing wrong with it. The issue was that it wouldn't start consistently. When it did start, sometimes it would start, then turn off, or the GPS would randomly restart while I was driving.
We finally took it to Rafi at 5 Starz, and he found the issue so fast! The security module was going bad and was triggering an anti-theft measure. How did Honda not find that?? Rafi is very knowledgeable, and he was able to get it fixed super fast. He didn't overcharge us. He didn't try to up-sell us. He is legit. Now I have my car back, and it's working great! I'm so thankful that we brought it here!
Rafi is one of the nicest, friendly and knowledgeable mechanic I have ever met or done business with. I took my father's car there to diagnose and repair an electrical issue. We had taken the vehicle to 2 other mechanics and they were unable to find the problem.
Rafi not only took the time to find the problem, he fixed it in a timely fashion. My father being a senior citizen and on a fixed income the expense of the repair was a concern, but not with 5 Starz. The cost of the repairs was more than fair and less than we expected.
We will definitely be returning to 5 Starz and will recommend to our friends & family and to all of you.
FYI Rafi's charming, friendly and confident personality is not an act. He is the real deal, with old fashioned customer service values that aren't often found anymore.

Rafi is a great mechanic. He welcomes you into his shop and has a friendly personality. He explains everything in simple words. He charges a fair price which is usually much lower than some of the other mechanics in the area. My family has been bringing our cars to Rafi for many years now. He is honest and trustworthy. Couldn't find a better mechanic than Rafi. I highly recommend him.
Never in my life have I met a mechanic so genuine, honest, informative, knowledgeable, and patient; and I come from a family of mechanics lol
But more than that, he’s become a trusted friend. Before Rafi, mechanics would be condescending and glaze over what they had “fixed”, or throw in extra “repairs” that didn’t need fixing. That, or they would “fix” it wrong so I would have to come back and spend more money! Again, I come from a family of mechanics, I know when so called “mechanics” fabricate repairs strictly for monetary gain. That language doesn’t exist for Rafi.
Beautifully humble, but literally the best mechanic in the business! Let’s put it this way, even if the car dealer gave me a free coupon for service, I would still bring my car to Rafi instead. Rafi, thank you for being who you are and always explaining your process.
As far as scheduling, my experience has taught me to be rightfully distrusting of “drive-thru mechanics.” Appointments are appreciated. It’s the difference between McDonalds and an actual restaurant! Just sayin’.

There are not enough good things I can say about the service I received. I rarely trust anyone with my car but Rafi is the most honest, reasonable and hard-working individual. He gets my car to me in a reasonable amount of time and is always extremely honest about his pricing. I am moving out of state soon and I told him I wanted everything to be taken care of before I left and once again he took the greatest care of my car. I literally will never trust anyone else with my car because Rafi is the greatest. You want someone who is honest and reasonable, go to 5 starz auto.
Rafi, the owner of 5 star, has been my mechanic for about 20 years! Both my adult daughters and my grandson also go to 5 star. All of our experiences have been positive. Rafi is the best I have ever found on both electrical and mechanical issues big or small. He is honest, fair and respectful (that is why I sent my daughters to him). He has my complete trust. Over the years I have sent many friends and others to Rafi never a complaint. You would have to look far and wide to find a mechanic to compare to Rafi. He will be our family mechanic for life!
