5 star is at the top of my list for a ride in Jackson/Josephine county, the drivers are polite and respectful; Aaron was very professional and courteous.
Very kind. Needed a ride from work and had trouble with my phone service but the driver was very patient with me and so is the manager working the phone! Very well timing too, I definitely will use again if I need to, a great experience!
I didn’t end up using this service after the weirdness of the initial phone call to check on accessibility. It was late afternoon, but the man who answered sounded asleep, confused, and/or under the influence of something.
It was as if I’d called someone’s home in the middle of the night, not a business expecting calls.
5 Star Taxi is truly that, helping us out with generosity and kindness during a family crisis and ensuring our daughter's well-being above and beyond the scope of just transportation services. We highly recommend them for their responsiveness, quality of service and care.
I have used 5 STAR three times and every time they have been early arriving which shows their concern for customer service. I absolutely love to talk to them because they are so polite and well mannered. I would continue to choose them over any taxi service because of their reliability. Easy to contact, easy to make arrangement and just an easy way to travel because they do their job so well.

Terrible tax service!! I've dealt with jj taxi for months now and the owner is a complete joke. Although reservations were made weeks before my appointment, I still have to call and make sure I'm getting a ride. Otherwise, no one would show up! And when I call to confirm my ride, the owner acts confused and asks me if I have a reservation. The owner does not know what he's doing and takes money from the driver's, messes up the schedule and has his drivers use terrible cars that barely drive and won't start. The worse taxi service I've ever used! If you have an option, take a Uber/Lyft, another cab company or just walk! You will have a much better experience if you don't have any contact with jj taxi!

Phenomenal, friendly and professional service! They go above and beyond to create a safe and enjoyable ride for their customers. Not only did the driver take care of my luggage, but he also helped comfort my toddler during one of his tantrums by playing his favorite song and offering him a lollipop. Definitely went the extra mile! Needless to say, I have 5 Star Taxi on my speed dial! Thank you for your help.
