This was the best experience I had with a nail salon in a long time! My nail tech made sure he wasn't putting a lot of pressure on my natural nails while filing down. I didn't feel rushed, and he even massaged and put oil on my cuticles. I love this place so much I will be coming back soon!

Viajé allá a la casa de mi mejor amiga carolina boo bear en enero de 2022. Cuando llegué a la casa de Caroline, Kapri y caroline me estaban esperando en la puerta. Cuando entré en la casa, Caroline y Kapri comenzaron a contarme sobre sus uñas que acababan de hacerse en 5 Star Nails. Después de que me mostraron sus uñas, tuve muchos pensamientos. Kapris estaban bastante bien hechos, pero Carolines... eran interesantes. ¡Y por interesante me refiero a feo! Luego subimos las escaleras y comenzamos a actuar como siempre. Estábamos luchando y peleando en el suelo. De la nada, escuchamos un aullido 10 segundos después de que comenzamos a pelear. Caroline grita que su uña se cayó y cayó cuesta abajo hasta el suelo tembloroso de la perdición. Luego bajamos las escaleras quejándonos de lo feas e inútiles que eran las uñas. Usamos el teléfono de Kapris para llamar al salón de belleza y les dijimos que la uña de Caroline se había caído porque estaba acariciando a su gato Perkins. Kapri le estaba diciendo a la señora que la uña se había caído dentro de las 2 horas posteriores a su colocación. La señora se frustró y le dijo a Kapri que se callara y luego colgó. Mi amiga fue a este salón de uñas hace unas semanas, viene a almorzar el día después de que se las hizo, justo cuando vino le pedí ver sus uñas, sus uñas estaban mitad blancas y mitad moradas y 2 ya se habían caído apagado. Almorzamos y decidimos ir al centro comercial, cuando salimos del centro comercial, le quedaban 3 uñas en las manos. Habíamos llamado para contarles el tema y muy groseramente nos dijeron a mi amiga ya mí que nos calláramos y que nuestras opiniones no importaban. nos amenazaron con que si hacíamos una mala crítica llamarían a la policía por "amenazarlos", pero ni siquiera levantamos la voz ni los amenazamos, simplemente les dijimos lo que le pasó a sus uñas y les pedimos un reembolso. Este lugar debe ser cerrado.

I do not recommend this place they did not do what i asked. The nails were uneven. The lady that did my nails cared more about her phone and her drink then doing my nails. And she algo mad me bleed. So do not go.

Theyre consistently great. Solid acrylics that don't pop off, even layers of polish, fairly priced. Extremely friendly atmosphere. I will continue going here and recommending them to others.

What a disappointment! Went for fill, lady said oh no need new set. I told her no there only 3 weeks old. She proceeded to not listen!! My bad I should have left.She did an awful job...all different lengths, shapes and so thick...DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!

Rude, distracted technician who consistently tried to up sell me. She paid way more attention to her phone and her coffee cup than she did to me. I tried stating that I wanted just a manicure after acrylic removal and was told I “had to have something “ on my nails. When I finally said I had to leave, because it was clear she was going to take all day to do what SHE wanted, this is what I left with!

Seriously just got the best pedicure of my life. My feet were WRECKED and Cindy worked her magic for a solid hour and a half to clean up my cuticles and calluses. I got the Jelly pedicure which is the middle tier of the three offered, at $37. Such an amazing value! I will definitely be coming back to see Cindy again.
