I called the night before since I had to unexpectantly need a ride to the airport. Mike called be back right away. Gave me an estimate price and agreed on a time of pickup. He later texted me a lower price. Showed up the next morning and put my suitcase into his vehicle The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. We had an pleasant conversation for the ride to the airport. Took my suitcase out & put onto the sidewalk. I highly recommend 5-Star Car Service for transportation needs.
Called him and told him where I was going and he mumble somthing and he hung up!!! And I thought we lost connection called back twice and he wouldn’t answer! Highly have to disagree on the 5 star name!!! But he didn’t want my service and sends me a message after the review 2 hours later that it would be 25$ dollars!! And says his phone was off when I tried calling RIGHT back!!??? What cab service has there phone off!!? And he wants to call me a liar?? I wish I could post the text message up here what he said but it won’t let me! You didn’t won’t my service but you give me a price? And you call me a liar? If anybody knows how to post a picture please let me know..
Was in a pickle with transportation coming into New Bern. Called 5-Star car service. I travel often around the country and the level of service Mike provided resulted in a fantastic experience. I certainly recommend.
5-Star Car Service was GREAT and got me out of a bind. I flew into New Bern Airport after a last minute flight change. I called 5-Star Car Service an hour before I was going to land and they had a car ready to drive me an hour to Emerald Isle that night. The ride was clean, comfortable, and my driver, Mike, was friendly and personable. I will use this service again next time I'm in town! Thanks 5-Star!
