First, thanks to Google reviews I went to this shop totally cold. Once there I spoke with Francisco and told him his AC reviews led me to his shop.
He then stopped working on another car to connect to my system to diagnose the problem. Once he detected freon in the system, he immediately jumped to the fuse box where he noticedd no power to the ac clutch. A bad fuse was replaced and the air conditioning was back and as good as new.
Now we both don't know what caused the fuse to blow, but for $20 and good mechanical experience and intuition I'm elated. I'd definitely go back for any service and even buy one of his used cars. Francisco is a good , honest mechanic.
Chico is a fantastic mechanic. I went to 2 other places and got ripped off saying they fixed the problem and they really did not. So i had to go back and get charged again and again. I have a big F250 diecel so it often has problems.Chico figured it out and my truck has been working perfectly. I reccomend him to all my friends and family. Very honest and very fair on his prices. And he holds up his end on warranty work unlike most places.
Do not go to this mechanic. Bought my own alternator to them, a new one, but mechanic swore it wouldn’t fit my vehicle and urged me to use his part. I said that was fine as long as it was fixed. He tried to charge me for two alternators which seemed like he was trying to rip me off but I caught it and he fixed the payment. The alternator already has died on me (2 months). It’s killed my brand new battery and caused me a huge inconvenience. I had another mechanic fix it and got a new alternator the one he put on was used, I asked for a refund, I had documentation from the dealership. He would not give a refund not even pay for the part let alone the labor. He wouldn’t even try to work with me at all to help.. Find another mechanic that’s reliable. They will just rip you off..
This review is long overdue! I took my vehicle somewhere else and they quoted me almost 4k dollars on a new engine. I brought it here and it was just an issue with the fly wheel and something else minor! Had the car fixed and back to me the same day for less than $500!!! It's been over a year now with no issues. LOVE THIS PLACE! 100 STARS!!!
Came in for jeep overheating. Said he replaced radiator and I was good to go. 400$ later and it was my head gasket. Took it to an honest shop but it was too late. Car had to be scrapped. Do not reccomend
