Got my haircut and a brow wax today by Tanner. I will definitely come back! She did such a great job, really listened to what I wanted and was great at understanding my thick temperamental hair. It turned out amazing! Far exceeding my expectations!
I go to 425 & Company for massage by Lori. She is fantastic! She listens to what you want and adjusts pressure accordingly. I highly recommend her.
I had called the salon two weeks ahead and scheduled a haircut appointment for Saturday at 2pm. When I came at designated time, I was told the hairstylist does not even work today. I specifically scheduled it in advance because it was important, and to say I was frustrated is an understatement. Needless to say I am not going to use their services ever again and do not recommend them.
I went in for my first appointment today and had a really bad experience. The woman who did my hair turned it teal when I wanted purple. I don’t know how you mess that up but she did. She left me sitting for over an hour and wasn’t very talkative in general and then just blew it off that she messed it up and kept saying how good it looked. It looked horrible. I went to another salon to immediately get it fixed because it was that bad. I do not recommend going here.
This place is amazing. If you need anything, they will take care of you! Trista and Kimmy are hands down the nicest and most talented in the business They are very knowledge about new trends and upcoming technology to ensure top quality is achieved. Go there! A++
The receptionist told me that they could not put black dye over a lighter color on my hair. ( a semi permanent pink that is not from box dye) Black is much darker than this so I’m not sure why I was told I could not make an all over color service appointment. If you’re gonna be answering phones at a hair salon you should probably know what you are talking about.
I saw Tanner, and she was wonderful! It was a big haircut and I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, and she talked me through the process and did a fantastic job.
The gal that cut my hair was incredibly friendly and was sure to ask exactly what I wanted it turned out 10x better than what I would have expected anywhere else. Will definitely be returning!
