Lack of communication giving in a month's time of having my husband semi truck. Wouldn't answer the phone nor text as he should. My husband only was calling about once or twice a week for updates. Problem still didn't get fixed because he wasn't honest enough to say he don't know how to fix the issue. So, we had to make a decision and get it towed home which cause us another $1,500+ plus the overcharge from him. Very disappointed cause of high hopes he gave us from the beginning.
When my daughter and I went to see why her car was not ready and fixed two days ago, the owner himself told us that he had much bigger vehicles to work on and he would NOT be fixing her car even after having it on his yard for over one month and a week! He turned his back on us and walked away telling us we can get the car any time we wanted it! I would not recommend anyone taking a vehicle for repairs to his shop because he only works on vehicles he wants to work on. He was extremely rude to us about the car. Very bad business man!
Got my truck fixed and ready to roll in the time I had I will be back for sure rates cheaper than I usually get or pay
Didnt seem like to friendly. Didnt help me at all. It was not any thing to do with the work they do though. I cant say what kind of work they do.
