It has all the elements of a good dive! Billiards, darts, cornhole, and of course the Irish favorites on tap..
Very limited food selection was okay, wasn't too busy but service was slow. Alcohol selection was dismal, the place was very warm and in some areas alittle smelly. Stayed a bit as a courtesy to the person who invited us and the band. Food offering were 2 types of wings, hot and bbq, 2 types of pizza plain and pepperoni
My husband and I were visiting from out of town and wish there was something like it where we live. Friendly atmosphere and the staff were all nice! We immediately felt welcome and at ease. We will definitely go back next time we visit!
Neat bar sometimes fairly hidden from the road and public eyes. They have dart boards and pool tables and plenty of space. Currently seems like low on staff for kitchen to be open, so primarily drinks type of place.
Probably the nicest bar in the state. Beautiful bookshelves filled to the brim & tons of other nostalgic decor in a huge place with a great staff. The brand new A/C was great on the hot day I was there but on a more temperate day that amazing patio is where you want to be day or night. Attention to detail is obvious everywhere you look , especially on their Guinness pours (which I love)
Very fine establishment! Love the feel of the place. Amazing food, especially their pizzas. Hats off to the chef for sure! Don't go out and drink too often like I used to so wasn't sure what to try... Thanks to my man Lee and the awesome bartender, they turned me on to some amazing IPA's and drinks! Would recommend trying the 'Dogs and Boats' IPA aswell as the Irish Mule! Overall was an amazing experience and amazing hospitality and will definitely be returning! Really looking forward to it too!
Awesome bar, good drinks, friendly bartender, reasonable prices. PSA: DO NOT leave your car in Norms Diner parking lot overnight. It will get towed. Trying to do the right thing by not drinking and driving will not work in that parking lot.
Best bar I've ever been to, delicious food I often do not like pizza so when my friend's ordered it I at first didn't want any but to my surprise the toppings tasted fresh and the cheese was perfectly layered not too greasy and far from not enough, friendly bartenders their drinks will definitely leave extra hair on your chest though which is never a bad thing especially for a bar like this.
The pool tables are well kept, the music is sometimes performed by live people, though that hasn't been available since covid started. The rustic atmosphere is complimentary to the mood of the bar while being fairly clean.
