Slow ???? . They don't keep you informed . They overcharge and don't give receipts even o items with a lifetime warranty?? Didn't even let us see the receipt? Probably cause he doubled the charge. $390. for a fuel pump that probably cost less than $200. and charged $30. for 5 gals gas? What a ripoff!
Won't use this place ever again!
Broke down with what appeared to be a battery issue just down the street from the shop. Called Glenn and within 15 minutes he was already out helping me. Jump started the car and took it to the shop. Turned out the alternator went bad, and he also changed the battery just incase since it was old anyway. Had my car fixed the next day. Even gave me a ride home and picked me up the next day since i had no other way to get there. Only charged me for the alternator and the labor to charge the alternator. I had already purchased a new battery. Provided me a quote before i left, and even though it took them longer to do the job, he didn't charge anything additional. Outstanding service and will definitely go back if i need anything again.
My new mechanic tells me that my transmission working was "nigerig" , he charges me 600 to change the axles oil seal and the 2k work he did in my truck didn't last more than a year.
Don't bring Dodge here, he doesn't like them.
You all must know how misleading mechanic places can be, specially to us women, I have my ac and shifter fix in the last two months in this place and I have to say , I was very impressed April, at the front desk, she is so beautiful and sweet and try to help you right away!
Kevin and Travis, awesome mechanics, they have both worked on my car real hard!
And of course Glen, he is such an incredible person, soooo caring, he goes out of his way to help you and offer you the best prices!
