Paying this much money for cold and old food should be criminal!! I done take out on saturday and while the service was good the brisket sliders i got were stone cold even though i just got it, i let it slide then i got some and open the brisket and it looks like THAT, looked pretty disgusting and one side seemed tacky like it was glazed but it wasnt… i tried forgiving it and got it through uber today for lunch and it came literally just as bad the meat still has the discoloration from being old and its not even tender feeling i can hold it side ways without it even falling or dipping and it feels tough and it was still COLD.. absolute waste of 40$ i spent 70$ over the course of 2 meals here and they both were terrible, i dont know why its like this but i hope it gets better because i shouldnt be getting old dry meat at 2pm during lunch time

We ordered corn salsa and street chicken tacos. I can not have any spice because of stomach issues the manager came out and made my food and asked me if it was ok and I could eat it. Very polite and really care about the consumer. The corn salsa was amazing really fresh and good flavor. I will for sure go back when I return to Orlando on Orange Ave.

I’ve been to this location about 3-4 times and they’ve been decent until today. The flavor is usually good and the service is quick but they have become inconsistent lately. Spent $36 for 2 brisket platter and this is the meat they gave us. Looks like 2 slabs of meat in one and 3 chunks of meat in the other. Not only that, one is supposed to be only moist and the other lean&moist but no markings to indicate which is which. Just looks like burnt, dry meat either way. And not only that, spent extra money to buy a cookie to try it and it wasn’t even included in the bag. Also got 2 different sauces and the Hot bbq sauce wasn’t even included. Just a lot of packets of the signature sauce. They also forgot the dinner roll as well. So in summary, spent $50 total with $4 tip because they’re usually good, 5 slabs of dry meat, missing bread, missing sauce. The only thing edible was the sandwich and sides. Really disappointed this time around with this location, but traffic is too much of a hassle or to go the winter park location. Won’t be visiting this location for a while.
I ordered for delivery and pictured below is the food as it came. This is the "Signature Angus Brisket Plate", and I was very disappointed, as the food was cold and most of it was just fat. I also ordered the brisket sandwich, which actually came with a similar amount of brisket for almost half the price. The pulled pork sandwich was ok.
