Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star due to how I was treated over the phone by the front desk guy as well as my best friend being treated terribly and asking for more money than I was being asked for. I’ve gone to them several times before this incident and was treated fine. Which is why I kept going back. However, they’ve shown their character and will never be going back.
As costumers we have the right to call if anything seems off when a previous work was done to one’s car. That’s what I did and I was very respectful. I went in and I was treated fine by the mechanic and I thought we figured everything out. To my surprise, I get a very fired up employee accusing me of lying and how I was blaming them for whatever was going on with my car. Mind you, they’re the one who saw my car last time and within two weeks, my engine light turns on. They messed up the description of the correct engine oil which concerned me due to my car being diesel car. I’ve never experienced such disrespect as a PAYING costumer.
My best friend also was ripped off and his car was damaged due to their negligence. And I recommend him to them! The audacity is wild.
I would caution going there and question everything. Very disappointed.
DO NOT COME HERE ITS A SCAM check reviews first I unfortunately didn’t they are right when they say your a female they will walk over here Worst place ever stole my sneakers out my car found 3 sheets in back of car..car seat in passenger car still isn’t running and no explanation on why it looked like somebody was sleep in my car asked to see cameras they brushed me off will be taking them to court. If I could give this a negative star I would!

I took my wife car here for repairs they were honest straightforward craftsmanship of the work was excellent I will definitely bring my car here as well for repairs
I wouldn't ever go back nor refer this place to anyone. Way over priced. He didn't call before any work was done as requested. He didn't replace the timing belt when he replaced the water pump, knowing as a so called mechanic you are supposed to do both at the same time. When asked why he said," I didn't provide the part", when AutoZone is 1 block away, but he had my phone number. Very disrespectful, ignorant and unprofessional. He also did not do other work I asked him to do at the time of service. He over charged me an absorbant amount of money 2 days before Christmas.
I'm new to the area and was recommended to them by auto zone in November . My experience with them has been great. The owner took time out to show me other issues with my car that I was unaware of. My plan was to buy a new but decided to just go back to them to get the work done, my baby is back. I would definitely recommend this shop.
Good prices and good customer service makes this place a go to when I need car repairs done…they could get better with communication (ansrg the phone & getting back to you when they say they will)
Prices are good, but they said it would be done in 1 day, called 2 days later said it was done, got there and they hadn't actually fixed the problem so we sat there for a while, while they were trying to fix it...ended up leaving it there over the weekend, and they didn't complete it nor call us to confirm work that they said was needed so Tuesday we call them again, and they let us know the problem we pass on getting it done cuz we need the car but ask for oil change since it was "still on the lift" but got there and it hadn't been done and car wasn't on lift. The oil change was very fast and they were nice considering my bf is kind of a peehole when he's angry/aggravated. They also offer financing on repairs which is great in a pinch and more then likely, I would use them again, just not when I'm in a rush to get my car back since they're not open long on Saturday or at all on Sunday which is a prime time for mechanics to be open and available.
