Excellent stop for lunch as I was traveling across country. There are few restaurants between KC and Des Moines, so was pleased to have a first quality sub sandwich at this cute little place just off the highway. Super clean restrooms too! It’s a win-win.
The food was cold. I waited for a take out order as I am traveling through and not only did I have to wait for cold food, the inside has a very bad smell. And to make it even more worse the cashier was rude as I waited for my food inside and not in my car. Definitely not travel friendly!
This is a great place to eat with reasonably priced food! The menu is so big that you're sure to find something for everyone!
The bread for the sub sandwiches are very fresh. All the vegetables are very fresh and they pile it on. They can barely shut the bun. Everything is so wonderful. It’s nice and clean in there. It’s a very up beat atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly. I truly enjoyed eating there. It’s very inviting and it makes you wanna come back great place I highly recommend it it, but subway to shame.
If you are traveling in between Kansas City and Des Moines, try stopping at 3B for a pizza, sub, chicken wings. A lot of different options, with great service and resonance prices. If you need snacks or drinks for the road, they have those too. Come on by. They’d appreciate it!
Have went there 3 times. We have gotten to eat once. First time was on us it was at 820 pm on a Sunday evening and they were closing. 2nd time we actually got to order and it was really good. The 3 rd time we tried to order at 740pm on a Sunday evening and the girl on the phone said they weren’t taking any more orders. My wife asked if they had changed their hours. She said no they were still open till 830pm. My wife said that’s almost a hour from now. The girl said well there’s only 2 of here. We’re not taking anymore orders. I guess this place is financially independent and doesn’t need business
I went to catch-up with a friend of mine, she made a Philly cheese steak for me and it was awesome. I shopped in Browns Lumber and found a full size hot glue gun and it's the very thing I needed. I only have full size glue sticks and a mini glue gun so this was a nice surprise. I had a tasty dinner with my friend and picked up something I didn't expect to find, it was a perfect day.
