Great service, quick meal. I got the chicken sandwich and my husband got the fish and chips. Great price but it didn't really taste like anything. Neither of our meals had any flavor. Just tasted like... Nothing. Great atmosphere, would maybe come back for a drink? But not a meal.
Loved it! I had the snow crab and it was incredible! Some of the best crab I’ve had and I’ve been everywhere! The customer service was amazing. My husband had the salmon and he loved it. The atmosphere is a little sketchy but other than that I would highly recommend it!
Horrible service, but automatic gratuity is added, so the server didnt care. Outside seating was very run down, dirty, and garbage all over the floor, Not busy when we showed up. Server was ok at first when getting drinks. Then we had to flag her down after that everytime we needed something. Didnt even bother to check on us. Asked the bartender for a refill, and the server walked up to our table with a sandwich in her hand eating it. Ordered mahi, but it tasted like salmon. Server never came back, so my husband just ate it. He still liked it. There was 6 of and we ordered 2 dessert to share. She brings 2 plastic silverware to eat it with. When I go up amd ask for more spoons or forks, she stated I brought 2. I told her there are 6 of us. When we figured it out and just shared the plastic fork, she showed up with a few Dirty used spoons. Had to ask for boxes, Togo bag, Bill, etc. There only a few people at the bar, and maybe 2 tables. She applied an auto grat, so what did she care. The cook deserved the tip! He was the only one who cared.
I sat at the bar, and the steak was exceptable, it was not cooked medium rare as I ordered it but it was not dry either so that helped, but the quality (texture) of the steak was not up to my liking. The wine selection was OK, the food took to long compared to other places I have been. The main issue I had with this place was the amount of time it took my food to arrive, they did not look busy at all and the bar tender seemed to be more interested in taking to his friends at the other end of the bar. Service was polite and professional but my wine glass looked very smudged up and took away from the wine drinking experience.
Had a great time at 3711. Dmitri was outstanding. Had several tricks, friendly and a great pour.
On the second trip 9f the dau had a great meal of mahi with a nice sear, well seasoned and not dry. Fries were crisp.
Service throughout the meal was excellent and all staff were friendly.
We had a great time and the food was great.
The food was good but our waiter Dmitri is what made the night so wonderful. Dmitri was so friendly and attentive to our table. He knew the specifics of the menu and food, leading him to make great recommendations!! I highly recommended this restaurant. Must try.
Me and my Aunt came to this restaurant because we were staying at the sister hotel up the street. Words can’t describe the service that the waiter Derroll gave us! He is a jack of all trades! Simply amazing! He made our visit so fun and pleasant. His service alone is what brought us back that night and the next day!
The food is definitely 5 star quality! The best we tasted as vacationers of Florida. I travel at least once a year to Florida and my experience here was the best in 5 years! Thank you Derroll for making our experience a favorite to remember! And thank you to the chefs for cooking such good food ????! We will be back
This place is gorgeous!!!! Outdoor seating is so peaceful and romantic. Moises made us a strawberry cream smoothie that was the bomb! My boyfriends fish tacos were amazing as well as the calamari and we are from Seattle so that means a lot
