Nice station that serves its purpose. One entrance is pass only, so make sure to go to the proper entrance if you need to buy a pass first. There's a nice piece of art by the door.
The escalators seldom work for those of us who have to use it daily. CTA, turns it off for the convenience of the baseball season. So those who cannot climb the stairs are forced to use the elevators. In turn the elevator breaks down due to overuse and even those in wheelchairs can't catch the train at that point. Where is ADA when we need them?
It’s really a nice Green Line Station! Bronzeville Area is pretty nice and there is a High School next to the Green Line!
Nice looking campus. Security is visible with foot, bicycling, & mobile patrols. An sometimes IIT has security personnel posted on a few corners too.
The CTA turns off the Damn Escalators for "Convenience" like have you morons lost your minds. Not to mention how Discusting this station is!!!!
This Green Line has beautiful view of downtown & ball park!????⚾
