DO NOT PARK HERE! Partially my fault, I misplaced my parking ticket and came back to a $100 MISSING TICKET FEE! Worst part is I paid the ticket on the way out so I paid $113 for 2 hours of parking. Unless you’re using some kind of parking app, or have too much money, stay away.

Was there on Tuesday, June 20th. Arrived at 10am. The appointment I was going to didn’t last that long and was parked for only a half hour or so. Partially my fault for not paying attention I noticed I was overcharged. Way overcharged. $50 was the cost.

If there is a Cubs game the rates increase 3 hours before first pitch. Two issues… The game wasn’t until 6pm, and they were playing in Pittsburgh. No reason for that rate.

I pressed the help button on the kiosk and spoke to a woman at the call center. Explained to her what had happened and she put me on hold. She had come back on the speaker and had said that the garage manager was sending her calls to voicemail and I would need to send an email.

An email was sent. And here I wait.

This is a poor way to do business and a poor way to handle your customers issues.

If you forget your ticket, you're screwed. No way to get in to get your car and no one answers call for assistance. I don't recommend!

The facility is always clean, easy to get in unless you're using the ParkChirp app. I suggest SpotHero instead. Look at the Cubs schedule to see if there is a game on the day of your visit first.

Safe and secure spot to park for a Cubs game! Short 15 minute walk to wrigley and only 38$ for parking on games days. Well worth it!

Great place to park your car on SpotHero. Little tricky to figure out where to actually park however it's covered and I feel safe parking my car there

I've parked here 10 times, never a problem. Easy in and out and reasonably priced

Parking is great location but debit card was hacked after using it. Use with caution.
