I needed my headlights adjusted and/or fixed because they weren't bright enough and I also needed an inspection. Then asked if they could please check my right front shock. I left the car keys with the nice lady at the desk along with my phone number so she could call when it was ready. An hour and a half later (no call) I came back to find my Jeep outside. I was told that it couldn't be inspected because the headlight wasn't bright enough..... exactly what I brought it in for. I was told to fix the light and bring it back for inspection. Also the mechanic had no idea about the shock and there are now greasy hand prints all over the door and window of my white Jeep. Nice people but... what the ......

301 Service Center is a Friendly and very Professional place to take your car. Mr Pete always seems very concern with what's going on with you vehicle. He is very through and detailed. The prices are affordable also. I really recommend this place to everyone. From the Mechanics to Kimberly & Mrs Joyce working the front desk. I love this Hometown Auto Shop!!!!!

We needed a vehicle inspection for an older model van, so we went to 301 Service Center, and everything went well as expected. We've gotten many inspections here and my husband had some repair done a number of years back. They are always professional and pretty quick as well. I would recommend them to anyone needing vehicle services in the Dunn area.
