I move here from back East and I have been getting my haircuts from her for several years now. Ignore the negative reviews from the COVID era. She is the best barber for men in Rio Rico IMHO.
Seems like she doesn't open on mondays when it says she does. Always late when you call to let you know your gonna be there early. It is 10:10 and she still not here. Very disappointed after coming here often.
Edit: she is still not here and doesn't answer her mobile phone. I guess she doesn't care about her only customers

I called and setup a 10:30 appt for today. Showed up at 10:25. They’re not open yet. Waited until 10:45. Still not open.
Why would I spend money with a business that absolutely does not care about me? After reading other reviews I see that this happens a lot.

I searched the web to locate this barbershop. It said nothing about requiring appointments. I waited, then called and was told I needed an appointment. How do businesses like this stay in business?
Says they open at 10. Got there at 10. No one there. Waited till 10:10, still no one. Went to the supermarket, came back still no one. I figured at least 1 of the 3.5 barbers would be there but instead it was just 1 angry customer
Made an 11 a.m. appointment and the barber never showed up.
