Good selection, good prices, but the unedited trap music is too much. The music was so disturbing to the point that I just put my stuff down and left. Maybe I'm not their target clientele, because I'm not interested in the extremely vulgar music with excessive curse words while I'm shopping at the beauty supply.
One of my favorite place to shop for natural hair products. I have never had a bad experience while shopping at this establishment.
I will never shop here again. It’s very inconsiderate of a business to claim they close at 8pm and when you drive way from your home and arrive @7:49pm the door is locked. Why advertise that you close @8pm??? It just goes to show how much they care about their customers. The sad part is they still had customers in the building and I called in and ask if they could sell me a hair net since I drove way from home to a business that should be open and the person who answered the phone refused. Wow!!! How inconsiderate. I hate that I ever shopped here and will never do so again.
There is a female African American young lady who I believe should be the manager of the shop. She knew more than the cashier that may have connection to owner or is the owner. The young lady was absolutely great in her customer service and multi-tasking while assisting many of us at the same time. Also heard her inform him the prices of the products more than one time. We can open our own supply stores because our talent, perseverance, wisdom, energy, business acumen is so wealthy. Praying for her success! Go visit and give her some kudos!
Worst beauty supply store ever the items are severely old & everyone working there has an attitude especially management who seemed to be overly offended by my traditional African attire that I was dressed in. I bought two things that equaled 4.52 & he says the minimum to use my card is $5 I asked politely if he could just round it up to make it $5 I’m ok with paying a few extra cents since I needed these items to which he rudely says ‘no but more stuff’. I again remaining polite ask is he sure he can’t just round it up or ring another item up for a little bit higher because I didn’t need anything else. Then he asks some young black girl behind the counter to tell me no also which she does & that was even more bizarre. I ended up leaving everything right there & driving 10 miles away to another beauty supply store that wasn’t junky & had nice customer service & wasn’t severely overpriced for old items. This store I’m leaving a review for is in my neighborhood less than 5 miles but I will never buy here again & make sure I let everyone else know not to frequent here either. Customer service & stores cleanliness & stock is ridiculous
Always helpful, and a young Latin girl ester in there is very nice she help me find tge right things i needed for my beauty products.
Double charged me, after giving me the wrong price. Refusing the proper refund amount, but tried to offer it to me in cash! Then wanted my card again to refund me!! Absolutely Not. Store owner cannot properly do math. Why would I give you my card again!! Debit.. Same as cash. I only wanted a full refund thinking it would be easier because I had to go to work. I would have come back for the item because I needed them HOWEVER...I did not have time to wait for them to figure out how to work their system!!! They made the mistake & did not know how to fix it. Hmmmm theft by taking maybe??? If you shop here PAY WITH CASH & TRIPLE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT,....BEFORE LEAVING!
