The streets are pretty much clean .. No homeless camp or tent on the streets and people are safe to wait to catch up a public transportation

Clean, busy but not crowded, lots of hustle and bustle. King County Metro and Sound Transit bus stop, "2nd and Seneca". The bus service in this region, city, and tri-county area is the absolute best.
It's a busy bus stop.
King County transit is a joke... 550 bus just drove right past this stop without even stopping.
Great place to watch cars run red lights.
There is a place for you to stand under the rain.
