Tips not required, but tip if you can! Drivers work hard!!!! (You can tip your driver after the delivery by using the Chat on the website to edit your order! Just give them the restaurant name and order number! I like to tip AFTER delivery, not before. This makes it possible to tip! Just contact 2DineIn support, and they can add a driver tip to your original order with the original payment method!!!!

Very very reasonable delivery fees. I like that the delivery fee is flat, so that how much you order doesn't increase the delivery fee. Will most likely use again when time requires. I really appreciate that new customers get their first order delivery fee waived. It's a great way to let hesitant people test the service for quality. The site is minimalist, which makes it even better. I don't like the super complex sites with bad lag. This site does what it does perfectly. I really appreciate the transparent costs and being able to track delivery in real time and see the ETA and live driver progress as it updates. Great service,honestly. Consider supporting your local delivery drivers instead of UberEats!!! The delivery fees are way more reasonable and transparent!!!!!!!
Very easy to order online with a user friendly portal. I prefer to use a local company instead of some huge mega corporate app and the experience is really solid.
I've always been happy with the drivers, the food selection, and the website. The website and the trackers might not be as slick (form and features-wise) as other delivery service but it works fine. Just got a call from a dispatcher telling me that the restaurant is a little backed up today so they swapped drivers and the driver was waiting for my food at the spot. Just thought it was cool that they're so keep to set continual expectations with their customers and keep the human element alive. I'll continue to use 2dinein over the other delivery companies. Love that I'm ordering with a company based in Maine.
I've been using 2DineIn since the pandemic as a way to support local restaurants. It helps that they're (2DineIn) also Maine-owned. I've had only good experiences with them; drivers are friendly, customer service is great. Anytime there's been a problem with our order(which isn't often) they've been quick to remedy the situation to our satisfaction. And recently they added one of my favorite restaurants, Red Sea, so I'm super-thrilled with them. Order with confidence!
The system works and I really liked the "food tracker" after check out.
I gave a three because the check out system on an android tablet does not function well at all. I entered my credit cart info and it sent mee to the bottom of the page then tells me I need to add my card address info which sent me to the top of the page.... happened four times while checking out; being sent from the top to the bottom only to be sent from the bottom to the top. Plus I had no option for putting in a tip charge.
Always fast and reliable. The most affordable local delivery service fee- and if there are any problems you can speak to a person and they’ll make it right. Great company.
Very reliable and the drivers are always courteous and friendly, and our food is always hot. We just moved to Portland and of all the delivery apps we've tried 2DineIn has been the best. So happy to support a local business!
I love this local delivery company so much better than the hub for grub and that dash for the door, if you get what I am throwing down.
update, I still love these people, I was having a issue with the card input on the. com thingy and I connected with chat. I was shocked to see someone actually respond instantly referring me to the app which went smoothly. Thank you for being great at what you do.
