Best WLM Reviews

This is a do-it-once in your lifetime kind of thing. I recommend that you make your reservations in advance as the wait times are long and there is limited seating. We had to wait a little even with a reservation. The menu is limited but I would also say that their deals are good, a full course is an entree and side and you can also choose one of their famous mochi donuts (which is extremely delightful and chewy). This is an Asian inspired restaurant so as an FYI, their food does come with quite the kick.
They make it super fun! EVERY SINGLE PART of this location is painted. I grabbed a photo in the bathtub. You can also buy frames here for quick snap shots.
I hear that they close off the location every few years to repaint their scheme. Wish they had one of these in Atlanta.
Me and my partner had a great time! The food was very delicious, I had the sweet chili fries and the 2D garden burger. They are very accommodating to taking things off of the sandwich which I loved. The butterfly lemonade was fizzy and so good. I was definitely come back this was a fun experience to have for our anniversary weekend together
Incredibly cool spot! Loved the variety of flavors. The we tried three mochi donuts and the best was the brown sugar. Service was a little slow, but likely due to the size of the place. The plain coffee was wasn’t anything to rave about, so definitely try the flavors (the crème brûlée was great). The cats are fun, but they didn’t have a lot of flavor. Overall, definitely worth a stop!
Avoid the lady with the black straight hair and dark lipstick!! Or just save yourself some time & money and skip this place altogether. We were treated so horribly. The tour was not a tour! Not worth it $16 per person!
Not sure why they call it a tour! All you do is pick two walls within the tiny restaurant as you get your picture taken by the most rudest person ever. The lady was so mean, condescending, impatient, impolite, and at one point when I was trying to ask what her issue was she clenched her head as if she was at the verge of having a meltdown. It really was a huge disappointment!!
Service was really slow and it wasn’t even busy. The food was ok. We’ve had better chicken sandwiches elsewhere. The kitty puddings were the only cool thing as it kept the kids entertained.
This place is AMAZING. The staff was so incredibly helpful and somehow managed to be so on top of everything despite all the crazy demands with what seemed to be a short staff. I am so impressed. The food was insane in the best way possible and everything looks so cool in here. I'm seriously so glad we did this. Get yourself a reservation!
As a neat one of a kind thing to do, it fits that, although I have been to other similar types of places. They do have a unique picture taking “tour” that you can pay for that has staff take you around and get your picture in some of their special 2D items. Staff are friendly when they are with you. The place is small inside, if you make a reservation they will serve you, if you walk in they may not have time or space for you and you will need to wait or make an on the spot reservation. Limited on street parking but there is a parking garage at Marshall’s/Michaels across the street for shopping at their locations. The food, while cute and fun, is good but nothing great for chicken sandwiches. Fries are ok, donuts were good, the cat pudding is just pudding with whatever flavor you choose, but fun to draw a face and jiggle.
The food is mediocre, this place is only good for pictures and interior art. Overall experience was a bit disappointing and lack luster, so I personally would not recommend this place to my friends or come back.
I came around 4:20pm to try the viral cat jelly but unfortunately they ran out within the first hour of opening. All the special flavored donuts were sold out too, so I had to order strawberry and Oreo mochi donut, which were decent actually. I ordered strawberry milk and it was heavily artificial tasting had a funky after taste (milk was not fresh). The fried chicken burger was average and it was funny how they said no to cutting the burger in half when we asked. It was nice to look around at the 2D art and there was a small room for pictures. Fun for the first 5 minutes but the food was just alright.
The chicken sandwiches blew me out of the water! Seasoned to perfection! The mochi donuts were amazing as well. Service was quick and attentive. Definitely will be coming back!
