This is a good drop off and pickup point for the 70 (24 street / Glendale Avenue bus route) . I don't know what other routes stop here but there is at least one Rapid to downtown Phoenix. The Valley Metro info page says that there are 209 covered parking spaces. I would like to see a light rail stop near here. Several shopping areas are nearby. I often shop at Fry's when I am in this area. You will also find a Walgreens, Target, and Walmart Neighborhood store in the vicinity.
Easy commute and Bus's come often. Expect to see

Well lit and clean! I felt pretty safe for early in the morning and still dark. No restroom????
Convenient location! Everything you need to live is just across the street in beautiful Legacy Plaza.
All buses should connect here.. You have to walk to Baseline to catch a bus... Not good if your disabled
There is never security here . Homeless everywhere. Not safe
Bus routes are very punctual....
