The place wasn't full. Waitress not too attentive. She didn't come back to refresh drinks. I went to the bar to get my own drinks. Just be aware a 18% gratuity fee is added on all orders plus a fee for using a credit is also added. If the service would have been average I would not have had a problem but when you get poor service. I recommend you sit at the bar personnel there seem friendly and fully capable of prompt and great service.
This is one of the popular places for seafood near the boardwalk. The place is a dive by any measure, but they serve the freshest seafood in Virginia beach. We tried their all-you-can-eat crablegs and shrimp, and it was very good.
Service could be faster, but since it was lunchtime on a Sunday, I guess it was to be expected. They actually ran out of clean cracking utensils and we had to wait for the dishwasher to finish.
The place has a decent amount of parking spots which is plenty for being near the boardwalk. The bar area seems to attract a lot of customers because of the mixed drinks with competitive prices.
Of you're looking for some fresh, yummy seafood like crablegs then this is the place to try. You won't be disappointed.
The food was great. The fish was fresh and very tasty. I got the tuna bites and they were insanely good. The fries were crispy and not too oily. The atmosphere is very American and pleasant. Music not too loud. The bathroom was not the cleanest but alright. Maybe slightly too pricey, but okay considering the location!
I love this place. We drove past this restaurant plenty of times and decided to try it for lunch.
The food was delicious. We had the fried shrimp platter, scallop platter, and stuffed shrimp. Everything was spectacular! I would highly recommend!
The food was delicious and we got a lot of it. We just stopped by for some lunch, and we are going back tomorrow for dinner. The waiter we had was really nice and cool and never got irritated while busy and kept coming back to check on us. The environment is great because you can sit in air conditioning or sit at a picnic table in a room full of open windows to smell that nice salty air. Very nice resteraunt.
Best all u can eat crab legs, shrimp and hush puppies. $30. Per person well worth it, definitely plan to go back
Where else can you get all you can eat crab Legs for $24.99? ???? .Every time our waitress brought us more, they were steaming hot. Enough said!
My guest and I went for one reason and reason only, the all you can eat crab legs. It was a Friday (02/09) night so of course it was busy. Called and tried to get on the waitlist but you have to go in to do so; no issue because I like that they call you when your table is ready if you want to wait in the car. They offered the inside patio since there was no wait but the dining area was warmer.They have a bar and Pac-Man arcade too.
It didn’t take long for our order. Our waiter (can’t remember the guys name) was on it. The crab legs were perfectly steamed as well as the shrimp. I tried a few hush puppies, they were good. But again, the crab legs were the mission and the mission was accomplished. I would go back for the Dungeness crab night and maybe try a side of broccoli if they have it.
