I will never bring another vehicle here as long as I am breathing.. In the past I've had other vehicles repaired there and couldn't have been more satisfied. The great workmanship and customer satisfaction was just perfect. WHAT THE HELL HAPPEND! I recently brought a vehicle there for repairs that stemmed from a collision with a Red Tail Hawk. Broke the grille. that was 4 Sept.22. 7 months later 10 March 23, still not repaired. The gentleman who runs the company ( who I shall Pinocchio ) was ever so polite and soft spoken did nothing but LIE about everything that came from his mouth. Never returned phone calls, lied about having parts, lied and told me parts weren't available and on and on. I made all the calls for parts myself and reported to him that parts were in stock. After 7 months I was at the end of my rope. I turned the case over to my insurance Co.
SHAME ON YOU 21ST CENTURY RESTORATION FOR RUINING YOUR ONCE GREAT REPUTATION!!!!!!!!
A tree branch fell on my Jeep and they did a great job restoring it back to pre-tree branch state.

I hit a deer in June and had my insurance company mail a repair check directly to Century 21 auto and restorations in Dingmans Ferry. Long story short, I decided not to go with them after all—-there were many red flags, cancelled appointments, and unreturned phone calls. At one point, supposedly, “parts were ordered”, but it was too little too late, and I told them I didn’t want to work with them anymore and the parts were”sent back” I was told there could be a restock fee. I asked for an I nvoice for any restock fees and the shop has been unable to produce one. My insurance company has already told me they will pay for any restock fees incurred, with proof of invoice, so it’s not a problem. They just won’t give it to me. Another Red flag. Now I can’t get in touch with anyone beside the secretary in the front office to get my money back. She has been telling me for weeks that they are refunding my money as no work was completed and there are no parts currently out for order, but I still haven’t gotten my check, and every week it’s a different “story.” My insurance company is now involved and they have been told the same as me—-the return check is “coming.” Meanwhile they cashed my check almost FIVE MONTHS ago. I can’t find any information about who the owners are so that I can contact them and speak directly to them. When I asked the secretary in the front office for the owner’s contact information she refused to give it to me. She flat out said, “No, I will not give you that information.” This shop has thousands of my dollars and I am out of patience. I Need to bring that check somewhere else to get this damage repaired. Very frustrating.
Anyway, stay tuned: My full review and supporting documentation will be posted AFTER this business and I finally part ways. I’ll be happy If I can spare anyone else the frustration of dealing with this business,.
The experience with 21 Century was very pleasant, they were professional and the work done is the highest quality. Our SUV has never looked better. The paint is perfect. I would not hesitate to send my friends there and will use them for any future work I need done.
I just had my car done by them . I can’t thank enough Jason for making being so cooperative and professional.
My car had some issues after was done because of miscommunication between insurance and them but I soonest it was straightened out Jason was quick and understand and fixed it right up .

Very poor communication between the front desk and the Customer. They really don’t know how to listen and take notes to document customers requests. I have found that their appraisal are very inaccurate and written to maximize their profits. This claim becomes very apparent when you submit your estimate to the insurance company and the total dollar value decreases by 25 percent or more.
In fairness to the mechanics they do perform good quality work but that gets lost in the underhanded tricks pulled by the manager and owner.
If you want a fair deal, a real appraisal and good quality work go to Fonzarellis in Augusta, NJ. You won’t walk out of this place feeling dirty.
Never go their Guy lies about everything my daughter car was their since Aug 70 said can't get the parts took it somewhere on Wednesday and they got the parts in a day so don't take your vehicle to them
Exceptional service --- these folks went above and beyond for our needs!! We had to get our car repaired after hitting 'a few' deer in the area --- and they were suggested by our insurance provider... We were concerned when we saw the other feedback ratings - but please be assured they are very professional and communicate every step of the way... Can't thank them enough for the beautiful job they did!!!
