Let’s start with the salon. The space is very inviting, quaint and well organized. Jeasami is a very talented professional with a warm personality. It’s obvious that she takes her craft seriously and is dedicated to providing a high level experience for her clients. I’m looking forward to our next appointment together.
I cant say enough good things about Jeasami. She got my daughter in very quickly and did a great job on her hair. She was also very personable. This was my daughters first time getting braids and Jeasami was very helpful with advice on care of the braids and also her hair texture/care in general. She left with a huge smile on her face and said she definitely wants to come back. I really appreciated the separate waiting area with a glass area so that I could see what was being done.
Jay was phenomenal. I came in at the last minute and she was able to take care of both me and my hair. She definitely provided a full service. I got to know her and she got to know my hair. After living in Chattanooga for a year she is the first person I allowed to touch my hair and I most definitely am not regretting it. Thank you Jay for being kind and caring for both me and my hair
Jeasami is the best when it comes to professionalism, interacting with her clients, and educating her clients when it comes to questions they may have about their hair or hair products in general. Her smile is contagious and you will not be disappointed in her work. I always leave satisfied and feeling beautiful. She can take an insecure person, sit them in her chair, and by the time they leave, their confidence level is through the roof. If your hairstylist doesn’t have you feeling like a brand new person when you leave then you need to get a new one!!! 20/20 Salon is the total package and I recommend this establishment to anyone.
I've been coming to Jay since 2015, and she has not only grown my hair but has gotten it SO thick and healthy! She is so sweet and professional and ALWAYS has your best interest as as client and friend. She always gives the best professional advice all while exceeding your expectations for your hair. I refuse to let ANYONE else touch my head and hair.
J always comes through! She is a color expert and does wonders with my natural hair! She even had to fix my daughter’s poorly colored tresses from another local stylist poor quality. She is encouraging and enjoyable to talk to. Her new location is super convenient and easy to find. Thank you, J!!
Nice clean salon and all work done by a licensed cosmetologist/master educator very knowledgeable and has a welcoming atmosphere! Prices are very friendly! I enjoy every service I’ve had every time I walk through the door I’m greeted with a beautiful smile and great stylist! Check this wonderful salon out it is awesome! Thank me later!
I have been going to J for quite some time now and never had a bad experience. J is very sweet and professional and super easy to get along with. Every time I come into the shop I am always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. The shop is always clean and smells really good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
