This is my opinion only, I am not food critic so what I say is from my experience only. That being said Im very disappointed in food and presentation. I had Polo Con Crema and looked like someone threw up on my plate. Chicken was hard and chevy, taste was blend no flavor, too much sour cream. My wife had pineapple fajitas and as you see in the photo it was very bad. She felt sick after, the steak was dry and old , chicken hard and chevy. Anyways if you want real authentic Mexican food I would not recommend this place. Restaurant is in heavy need or updating and refreshing. Paint chipping moulding repainted several times you can see several paint colors on it, setting all ripping and uncomfortable. For me it was too pricey and outdated with bad food. Should be called Anticuado Amigo.
I had the Milo Special at lunch. The food was cooked well and served quickly. This is a great place for original and well thought out Mexican inspired dishes in the mountains of Ky.
Me and my husband love eating here. They are nice. The prices aren't outrageous and the food is awesome. Thank you all. And God bless

Ate here twice. Chips are the best. Food is above local average. I recommend chicken or shrimp or both.
I ordered Polo Loco and the chicken had good flavor but was really hard and chewy. My wife ordered a nacho Supreme which is in the photo attached. Hers was not eatable what so ever. There was a soupy liquid all in the dish. The manager told her that the cook didn't strain the chicken out before plating it. All the chips were super soggy and basically setting in chicken water. Our waitress was quiet pushy when asking for our orders and even when getting the menus back. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I would recommend taking a bit more time and going to corbin or London for a nice place to spend your hard earned money!!!
This is the best Mexican food around. We have tried Mexican restaurants from here to Florida and non compare to here.
I ordered a chimichanga witch is supposed to be deep fried but what they gave me was a burrito that they threw on the flat top for a few minutes. The worse part is I asked them before ordering if it was deep fried and they told me yes.
