EDIT: I will not return to this salon unfortunately. Chris and Lynda are very kind people. However, I did end up getting a staph infection on my finger from this salon and had to get a large mass on my finger drained. I called immediately to let them know and there was no concern. Please make sure that they aren’t using the same tools on their cart and that you get a new sleeve for the drill bit each time, that the tools being used have thoroughly been cleaned and sanitized. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Especially if you accidentally get cut.
I came here to get my pedicure and full set done because it was highly recommended by my mom! I am so happy I made the hour drive. I never usually leave a nail salon happy, but I did here! My feet are super soft, they were actually massaged and the lady took her time! My hands look amazing and I love the shape of them!
My daughter she had made a appt with Chris for Mani /pedi he was with somone else and passed her onto Long. Long was just ok. He didn't do as good of a job. Sorry to say she dropped $200 and was very much disappointed ????. Not even was the eyebrow wax good with Linda she did not wax all upper lid. Linda was in a hurry as other customers were coming in.
She will not be back. This shop should have taken the time with us as we had a appt for several weeks.
Paid $105 for a dip and pedicure. Plus a 3% fee for using my credit card plus a 20% tip. The gentleman was who I saw and he should not be doing the French tip dip if he doesn’t know what he is doing. Terrible, uneven. Some are wide, some thin, some lopsided. My nails are even shaped lopsided. I had to fix them myself when I got home. Never got the “pedicure kit” that was listed for my $45 pedicure. He never asked how short I wanted my toenails and cut them way too short. He got polish on my skin on both my fingers and toes, which is no big deal but clean it up when you are done with a brush and remover. I don’t like the “cheese grater” on my feet so opted to use the pumice stone instead and he spent less than 30 seconds on each foot. Won’t be back. Too bad because they are so close. ????♀️
Amazing work, great customer service and very professional. The salon was very relaxing and will be back again.
One Stop Nails is great. Linda and Chris are friendly, professional, helpful, and accommodating. I like gel on my nails but the light started bothering me, causing uncomfortable itching. Chris and Linda are the first techs that understood what I was saying, and the first to know what I was talking about when I asked about manicure gloves to protect from the light. I am now using gel again and happy. The shop is clean and relaxing. Highly recommend One Stop Nails!
1 Stop Nails & Spa are now under new ownership. The staff are very friendly and professional. The service provided is fantastic! The staff are there to meet all your needs. Linda does an excellent job on gel nails, they always look awesome and my pedicure and foot massage by Chris was like no other. Chris is a “reflexology expert”. I started with my feet until I learned that he also does full body. This is a must have! The full body reflexology is amazing and helps to work on all your problem areas that you didn’t even know you had. Having many aches and pains Chris had his work cut out for him. My feet, legs, hips, back, shoulders, neck and jaw feel better than they ever have ????. After a full body reflexology massage be prepared to rest. It literally makes you feel like you can sleep for hours! Check it out. Don’t wait to book your appointment. Do it now!????
I had the worst gel manicure I have ever had at this salon. The manicurist did a very rushed sloppy job. Lots of streaky uneven polish. Didn' t allow enough time for gel to set. Did a very minimal job cleaning up cuticles and wasn't even going to do it if I hadn't asked. Two days later polish is dull and chipping and nail edges are ragged. Do not waste your money or time!
Desperate and tried them but nail tech was very aggressive when filing nails to remove dip it and hurt my finger and had to tell him to lower speed on file because he was hurting me. Went back to my regular manicurist in N Scottsdale less than a week later to have nails re-done for dip it. Shop was old and did not look too clean, would not go back.
