1st Class Auto Body did an amazing job on my car. My insurance was giving me a lot of trouble on my claim and 1st Class was extremely patient in waiting for me to hear back. They got the work done quickly and done well. They provided me with a lifetime warranty that covers any problems that are a result of the work they preformed. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car. Jim and Samantha are both so helpful and friendly. You are definitely in good hands.
These guys are Awesome!!!! I had a bad accident and right front fender was completely smashed. Not only did they make my Rav4 look like new again, they did it with great customer service. I highly recommend them. AND I was pleasantly surprised to see they detailed the inside and cleaned my filthy windows! Samantha @ desk was awesome
I was rear-ended on 95 back in June and needed a body shop that was close by. 1st Class came recommended by my insurance and I couldn't be happier. They were extremely accommodating, explaining each step and frequently communicating with me throughout the repair process. Enterprise is right around the corner, which made picking up and dropping off my rental car very easy. The quality of work is perfect, and my car looked and felt brand new when I picked it up. Great experience here, my second time using this shop for repair work. They work directly with insurance, work is done on time and done correctly, and they go above and beyond cleaning the car before pickup. Will definitely use 1st Class Auto Body if I have repair needs in the future

I went to them to have some work done on my Subaru after a minor rear end accident. Erika, the office manager, was incredibly helpful, super organized, and knew all about how to handle my insurance company. I literally showed up, handed them the keys and that was it. They also have their own rental car service which was really convenient. Not only did they fix the damage to my car, they also detailed it before returning it to me. How awesome is that?! I can not say enough about the quality of work and customer service of this shop. Highly, highly recommend!
I have used their services many times and their work is fantastic. If you are paying for a repair out of pocket or through an insurance company, you are in great hands. The staff is friendly, waiting area is brand new and comfortable. A+ for 1st Class Auto Body!
