No doubt, this shop deserves everyone of their 5 Star rating! Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I brought in my 2005 Tahoe with hood hail damage. When they gave me the estimate, I was one happy guy! We scheduled a date/time, and they were ready as agreed. In my case, the car was ready the same day!

I'm a three time returning customer. Nobody does in better than Aric and his team. My 2002 Avalanche incurred some ice storm damage from some fallen tree limbs. There was also some hail damage that needed to be taken care of. Aric's team took care of all of my repairs and brought my Avalanche looking like new again. And they handled everything with my insurance company claim. This is the 2nd time they transformed my Avalanche, after my dad passed in 2015, they reconditioned the whole interior as well.
I drive over 2 hrs from East TX to have his team work on all of my vehicles. Thanks, guys!
I was very impressed with Arik and his team’s work. They stripped, re-tinted and detailed my 2011 CTS-V. While the work was excellent, I was even more impressed with what was found by the team while detailing the interior. I had misplaced my Aggie ring for the past few years and they found it under the drives seat. My thanks for the great work and your team’s honesty. Will definitely use you again -Tom

Outstanding service. George C was great the entire process from start to finish. Txt and email communication as well as progress on the repair of our car. Looked brand new when we picked it up. They even took the extra step to wash and clean the car inside and out. Well done. Totally recommend them for any future repairs.

Phenomenal job! George and Aric are truly amazing. My vehicle was damaged due to the negligence of an outraged driver. I thought I would never get my car repaired.They even went the extra mile and detailed my vehicle and repaired an interior rip on my armrest. I laughed at myself over the weekend because I didn't recognize my car in the parking lot while out with family. It looks great!
George (owner), Eric and crew are great. Twice they saved my bacon with simple fixes to what I thought would be bigger issues on two of my family’s cars. A mirror body issue on one and a marred drivers window on the other. Quickly fixed and wouldn’t let me pay them for either. Anyway great, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. If you need auto body type work I can definitely recommend 1st Call Auto.
