Been here twice now - service was amazing both times. The wonderful ladies there were personable and warm. The sandwiches were superb; if you’re familiar with The Sandwich Tree in Idaho Falls, I feel like it’s a comparable taste. I was pleasantly surprised by the soda mixers they had to offer as well. They also have homemade cookies and take-and-bake pizza. It wasn’t super busy when I went in, so the service was quick. It’s a cute little restaurant. Probably my favorite in town!
If you like a lot of bread then you will love this place. I ordered a 6”. It was huge. Fifty percent of sandwich is bread. So half my bread was torn off. Also condiment is only spread on one side. Deli meat only.
I don’t live here so not sure what else is in town. Maybe it’s the only place. There were 9 others here at 1pm ona Monday.
But my tummy is full so that’s good.
Great local eatery. Was passing through and stopped in on a hunch. Was not disappointed! I had a double blt and my wife had the roast beef sandwich. Nice sized sandwiches with good flavor. Service was quick and personable. we picked up a sampling of the baked good and they were off the chart good! We will be back.
The sandwiches were so good and much bigger than we expected. Loaded with meat and ingredients. We loved the Asiago bread. Glad we added the brownie for dessert. It was perfectly soft and chewy and Delicious! It was fun to see all of the graduating class years on the hillside from our table. We had to find our own of course. We learned the tradition started in 1923. The staff was very friendly and service was excellent. So glad we found 1870 Subs and Sweets on our way through the town of Arco!
Fresh ingredients, sandwiches were yummy. I had turkey and provolone on asiago. The freshly made brownie was excellent! They also offer pizza and ice cream. That will be tried on another trip!
Consistent and excellent! We order from here once a week, and enjoy perfect sandwiches every time. The staff is always friendly and very proficient at taking orders over the phone. We have never had a problem with our order being ready on time and exactly as we asked. Great job!!
I had the toasted ham sandwich with Swiss on artisan bread. I will DEFINITELY order again! Great service, clean restaurant, and fantastic food! ???? ????
