Scammer lot. I’ve been parking in here since January and the early bird special has always been $23. I guess they got rid of it because when I left the lot today I had to pay $40! If you want to change your prices, that’s fine, but the least you could’ve done was put up a sign or something a few days in advance at the entrance letting your customers know your early bird special would be ending soon. Needless to say, today is the last you guys have seen of me.

I park here because I work next door and they tell us at 2pm that they changed the rate. So the early bird special that’s usually there was gone and they waited until 2pm to tell the tenants of the change when the change went into effect at 12am! They want you to pre pay for parking to get the discount. Absolutely not. I’ll walk the extra blocks to work or catch the train.

I was SHOCKED when I scanned my ticket at 5:26 pm (arrived 7:59 am) to have a $40 charge pop up (luckily I had a discount that brought it down to $24). If they no longer have an early bird, looks like I’ll be checking around for a better price for the next time I have to drive into the city.

SCAMMERS: Early Bird Special price $23 at the door is a scam. Sign states "in the garage by 9am but out the garage BETWEEN 4pm-8pm", otherwise it's whole day price $35. How the hell that make any sense?

I was in by 6:30am out by 2:30pm, normal early 8 hrs shift, and was charged $35. You're suppose to state in by a certain time and out by a certain time and not force people to be out between times.

Not bad, spots aren't too tight to get into, it's well lit, not too dirty or sketchy for a Center City self-park garage. SpotHero pricing is reasonable and it's touchless enter and exit with the SpotHero barcode. Minus a star though because the elevator smelled like pee.

Fair price via Spothero.com, 15$ on Saturday, all day, during the Christmas Market in Love park.

First 2-3 levels are reserved, though not a big deal since they have 2 elevators

There is no security or customer service. Abandoned vehicles inside. Awful management.

Had gotten blocked in by all sides so we went to the front desk and noone was tending the customer service desk, and I called the assistance number listed on there for help and the man that answered said there was nothing that he could do and that we should wait - So we waited for 2 hours, then while waiting we notice there is a family that is in the same situation as us, luckily for them they were able to shimmy out of the spot barely missing hitting the cars around them. So after the 2 hours we called again and asked if there was anyway they could help or they could tow the car away from this spot for us and he said 'absolutely not'. We were worried and unsure if any of the four vehicles around us will leave since this is a monthly and public garage and one of the four cars looks to be abandoned. Do not park in the middle of the spots or get yourself in an annoying situation here because you will not get any help or just avoid thus parking garage.

Easy and plenty of parking.
