They do not allow motorcycles. There is no sign stating that and when I entered and had to use assistance since it wouldn't spit out a ticket. They said motorcycles are too light to work properly, she then took my name and noted the time. After there was a parking violation ticket on my motorcycle. When I left they could not find my name so I had to pay the lost ticket price and she told me motorcycles are not allowed. They could have told me when I got there and I would have parked somewhere else.
24-hour rates are posted but don't be surprised when you leave that it's almost twice as expensive. And good luck trying to find your way back into the building after business hours or weekends as there is no indicator outside or a sign inside to tell you there is only one door out 15+ that is left unlocked. I walked around the building twice before going to the hotel across the street to ask if they knew the secret. 25 minutes after starting the search for the entrance was I finally able to drive out only to be hit with a $37 parking fee for under 20 hrs of parking.
I tried to view the parking rates for this garage and ended up with a line of cars behind me. So I planned to enter and immediately exit. That's when I found out this garage charges $7 for 0 minutes of parking. At this point the garage had laid their trap and it made financial sense for me to stay or so I thought. I thought I would pay the all day rate of $26 and pick my car up early the next day. It turns out that a day does not mean 24 hours. It resets at 5AM so I was charged for two full days of parking despite a stay of under 24 hours. This is absolutely an unfair business practice. They got some real scam artists running this place.
The management at this garage is poor. They are notorious for the bait and switch when it comes to contract parking. They also charge $22 for any time over 2 hours before 4 pm. Do yourself a favor and parking elsewhere.
The lots are in disrepair, you get kicked out in favor of tailgaters, and if you plan on ending a contract by the end of a month you have to drop it off before the first week of that month, nowhere was this mentioned.
We spent FOREVER trying to figure out how to get back in after parking. They have no indication as to how to get back in. Most stressful experience ever.
Incredibly poor service, misleading and dishonest as well as rude and unhelpful employees.
Love it
