When we arrived, it was a little early. Room still was not ready at 4:00pm. Also room service with towels was a little slow. Did not know until I arrived we had to pay for parking. Guest Services needs some work! This is about the time share meeting. I feel like you did not give us the best possible accommodations in order to promote the time share. My experience at the hotel reassured me that not buying a time share with you was a good decision.

The Hilton hotel Guests, hospitality workers and Royale Palms Condominium Owners and Guests use this 6 floor elevated parking garage which is under 24/7 guard surveillance.
One must must have a valid reason to utilize this facility... Hotel Reservations, Hospitality worker, Condo Owner, Guest of Owner..., or Vendor credentials to do business on the Resort, before one can be permitted to proceed beyond the manned Guard shack.
Great food and even greater service. This location needs to be bigger to accommodate the extremely high customer traffic demand.
