For years we have patronized this business for oil changes and inspections only for both of our Infiniti vehicles. The service has always been subpar but this business is located in our community and convenient. We’ve referred family and friends but that will never happen again. All confidence, trust and respect was lost when we noticed that both Infiniti emblems had been removed. 95% of the time our vehicles were serviced here together. When discussing our concerns with the owner and his manager about our missing emblems, the owner threw his hands up and said it wasn’t his problem and the manager said they must have fallen off … really?!? The vehicle in the photos is always garaged and all other regularly scheduled maintenance is completed by the dealer. Ladies, gents, teens and seniors whenever you entrust your vehicle to a shop for oil changes, inspections etc, either watch them work or take before photos and inspect your vehicle before leaving. Emblems don’t fall off motors, they’re taken off. This may mean nothing to some but means everything to us.
Been going here for many years since moving to Duncanville years ago. Needed a simple inspection. My husband took my car and they kept getting pushy about replacing things they claimed needed to be replaced. Just had a tune up and wipers replaced a few days before this. Nothing needed to be replaced. It’s a shame after me and my extended family have been going to them for many years to now have to find a new reliable place. What makes it even worse is they attempted to scam my police officer husband. They have no shame!!!!!! Do not support these scammers!!!!
DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! They stole my inspection sticker paper work and they damaged my windshield wipers. This is unacceptable service and a waste of money. The owner is not accountable and simply put, he doesn't care. I have been a customer for 5 years and never had an issue like this before!!!!!
I took my car here for a oil change. Normal routine ! I've never been here and only came because I needed a quick oil change.
I noticed one guy kept trying to make conversations (distract me ) as I was trying to watch these guys do an oil change.
However the next day my engine light comes on and my car wouldn't pick up speed !! Mind you there was NOTHING wrong with my car !! I took my truck back to them and they tried to convince me that my engine light had already been on. - I had to take my truck to my mechanics and now I have to get $2400 worth of work done because these guys put to much oil in my tank, crank shaft, and messed with the timing and coolant just so I could come back ! You guys are frauds !!!!!
I had my oil change recently 2024 at the Duncanville location and the Hispanic guy kept coming to Me asking if I had a new water pump placed on my Chevy sonic a week prior. I kept telling the Manager and the guy no.I got onto my car and noticed my car was not running smoothly like before. I had my Mechanic inspect my vehicle and one of the workers removed the Original hose connected to my engine and coolant resivor and replaced the hose with a old larger faulty one. Please DoNot take your vehicle here for No Service.
The manager is a liar and a fraud. I told them to put regular oil in my car and he put synthetic in anyway. I told him I'd pay for the regular because he put in the wrong oil, but he refused to change the bill and kept my keys and my car. I had to call the police to arbitrate. He lied to them and told them my car only takes synthetic. His employees admitted I ordered regular and told him to just charge me regular to avoid having the police come. He still refused. In the end the police told me they can't force him to change the bill, so I had to pay for the synthetic.
Don't take your car to this place, they don't feel all the fluids on an oil change and left my transmission dry and ruined my truck.
